If your country is not available at checkout, unfortunately, we do not ship there at this time.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CET) will be processed the following business day.

Order Tracking

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For domestic orders within France, taxes are included in the final checkout price.

  • Velve Beauty is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processes.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on country regulations. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified before completing your purchase.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Velve Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our warehouse.

  • If your order is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your local post office and neighbors before contacting us.

Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages
